* Update Introduction chapter
* Update User Interface chapter
* Update Novel Projects chapter
* Update Novel Structure chapter
* Update Exporting Projects chapter
* Drop the asterisk notation for unnumbered chapters
* Add menu entries and tests for Novel Title and Unnumbered Chapter block formats
